These Terms of Service govern your use of Automatite, a workflow automation platform provided by GTMStack. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

You may not use Automatite to send unsolicited bulk email, scrape sites in violation of their terms, run malware, or otherwise abuse third-party services. We reserve the right to suspend workflows that violate these rules.

Usage and billing

Task runs, AI steps, and other usage count against the limits of your plan. Overages are billed at the rates published on the Pricing page. You may cancel at any time; paid plans are not prorated.

Data ownership

You own your workflows, your data, and the outputs of your runs. We act only as a processor for the data that flows through your workflows.

Uptime and SLAs

Business plan includes a 99.9% uptime SLA. Enterprise contracts can negotiate custom SLAs and incident response terms.
